humidifier up close....

I just chatted with my cousin living in Australia…I asked her about
her Christmas and what keeps her busy nowadays. She said she is
stuck in her house and just working from home for over a week
now.It’s snow season right now and the roads are piled up with ice.
She said snow is starting to pile up their backyard as well and her
husband is shoveling off the ice so the mail lady wont break her
neck when she comes. She said humidity starts to get into to her
nerves and in this time of the year – when she really needs her
warm humidifier – its nowhere in sight. Humidifier? What the heck
is that? This is the first time I’ve heard about it. In a country such
as ours, the Philippines, wed rather buy food than to worry
about some humidifier. Jana told me that if I’m in Australia, feeling
the feeling she have right now – she would exchange a single meal
for having a comfortable sleep with a warm humidifier around– it
makes me think of what she meant by that.

I wonder how humidity affects people like Jana who lives in a
country surrounded by snow...checked out the net and researched

warm building, is low humidity. People need a certain level of
humidity to be comfortable.In winter,indoor humidity can be
extremely low and the lack of humidity can dry out your skin and

than it actually is.

Good thing, human invented humidifiers which
is a household appliance that increases humidity (moisture) in a
single room or in the entire home. Out of curiosity,checked on the
