We usually sign up for it at the beginning of our shift and usually after rendering at least 3 hrs of work - we are already given the license to go home. Who would'nt want that?! But of course, the company will only pay you for the number of hours you've worked. Which means..."pulubi sa katapusan nito"! (lol) But no regrets, I've been enjoying and devoting the rest of my time blogging and looking for any opportunities to earn online...and so far, I'm enjoying what I do.

1) I would like him to know God first...I'll do my best to let him know God at an early age. I'll make sure that his idea of God is someone he can talk to freely - without hesitation and a confidant.

2) He must know that he is fearfully and wonderfully made by God. Each person on earth is a unique creation and he should always put in mind how special he is in our eyes and in God's...so he should think and act as one.

3) He should live by principle God has set for all of us. God gave us ten commandments and all of these are written in God's book - the Bible. Hopefully, I would be able to be a living example to my child the importance of reading God's words.

4) See trials and difficulties as a necessity in life. Make him known that those things are made because without it - he will not be able to develop strength and endurance in this life. All things work together for good to those whose faith is in God and trials and make known to him that problems should be treated as opportunities to succeed for overcomers.

5) Share whatever blessing he have to those people in need. Be loving and compassionate to those people around him. Make them see God's love in his life and in that way - he would also be a blessing to others as he was to us.

The bible says "Teach a child in the way he should go and when he is old - he will not depart from it"...how we teach our child in the way of life and how we mold him at an early age would be an indication of how he will react to his environment and how he will handle difficulties in life. dream vacation

I've been working for almost 6 years now....and on those 6 years of my professional life - I never had any vacation that would last for a week. after buying a new computer - i seem to forgot about all other responsibilities I have. lesson 101

working as a tech support for a dsl company taught me a lot of things...this work improved my vocabulary (a little) , taught me how to be patient and friendly, and also taught me to be straight forward (as most Americans are). we are only supposed to support line as well as basic computer issues - but if the problem is with regards to the computer itself - it's out of our hand. I usually say , "mam / sir - there seems to be an issue with your computer. One or more of it's components are not functioning properly so you need to call the tech support of the manufacturer of your computer as they will be the one to further assist you with that..." (saying in a cold hearted manner). It's easfor me to say that as I know it's not my problem but theirs - but ive come to realize that unless same thing happen to me - I will never exactly know how it feels to hear such words especially in a harsh, cold, irritating way...I guess I've learned my lesson just recently....

My computer crashed yesterday... I mean not totally crash since I can still use it sometimes - but usually, it will just restart by itself. Being a tech support - I know it's not "smart bros" issue but something on my computer - so I tried doing all the troubleshooting steps I know just to revive back the connection ... I powercycled the modem, deleted some software that I rarely use...uninstall some drivers that is not familiar to me and practically clean up everything that I know of in the computer just to make it work. Luckily, it did help but sometimes...my computer still does it's own thing especially if I used the computer to at least 5 hrs straight. You don't know how I panic as this computer is my constant companion especially on a cold boring Sundays and this is also the same thing that helps me earn money online.

That particular thing gave me an important lesson since I'm dealing (most of the time) with people having problems with their computers. Sometimes - just to save my aht (average handling time) - I used to just refer my client to the computer manufacturer just to get rid of her. Now, since this thing happened to me - I now know the feeling of not being able to go online even for one day. It's horrible!
